Designed to Dwell (D2D) is an online decorating consultation service only. Client must confirm fit of all suggested products and floor plans.
Upon checkout for D2D, you will receive a client welcome kit with all of the details for scheduling your project kickoff call. Client agrees to provide full and complete information regarding client’s requirements for the project and submitting this information at least two (2) days prior to the client’s scheduled virtual design consultation.
D2D client agrees to a 30-minute virtual design consultation per room and all proceeding design support, design revision(s) and correspondence strictly through email communication unless client purchases additional follow-up design consultation call(s). Client agrees to select products for optional design revision within five business days of delivery of the Design Schematic. Three days of dedicated email support are consecutive and dates will be provided upon delivery of the Design Schematic.
Jessica Brigham will perform virtual design services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, expertise, care and the orderly progress of the D2D project. D2D purchases are valid for six months from date of purchase.
Jessica Brigham will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the D2D project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the D2D project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
Jessica Brigham cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for D2D project.
Design Revive 30 is solely a one-time, new client intro offer only. All orders in violation will be voided and refunded to the point of purchase within five to seven business days. Design Revive 60 constitutes of one continuous, 60-minute session and cannot be split into two. All Design Revive purchases (e.g.; Design Revive 30, Design Revive 60, Bundle of Calls) are valid for six months from date of purchase.
All purchases are subject to 6.35% Conn. Sales Tax. All purchases must be utilized within six months time, otherwise client agrees to forfeit payment.
